FF is surely far better than IE. Just have a look at add-ons. Safety can also be increased with add-ons like NoScript:) There are more detailed setting than IE. What FF lacks is Active-X, but it's due to Windows.

Bux.to is not a real PTC that get advertisers. It's rather a ponzi scheme, read here what ponzi means: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ponzi_scheme

What I have learned is that PR is a crap, yes no kidding. I have seen many ugly (and almost no-content) site having higher than 5 PR. Don't care of PR, just concentrate on Traffic and their interest in your blog/site. Sorry for being off-topic somewhat...

But I need an insight why you think neobux can go SCAM. What I consider is that, they are paying Instantly for 7 months consistently. The what would make it to go down forever? Another thing, 0.01$/0.005$ click rate is pretty sustainable, you have to just make Advertisers happy by showing their ads to happy and wealthy community:)
