I try very hard to deal with stress in a positive way, up front and head on, so to speak. Everything from deep breathing to walking to sitting calmly to do something that calms me--and I can generally get past the extreme part....

Marie Coyle That was well put, Snowy. I know a bit of exercising, as well as the other things you mentioned, help a lot. I also enjoy admiring nature and watching the antics of the geese and ducks, and in my case often reading helps a lot, too.
