Discovery Channel or National Geographic?

I love informative shows. National Geographic channel is actually my favorite channel since we had cable 10 years ago. i wouldn't exchange it with HBO. lol. i have nothing against Discovery Channel, but unfortunately we don't have it on our cable provider. well actually we had it before but i don't know what happen they just remove it from the line-up of available channels. well anyway. can't imagine watching tv not checking what NG's feature first before checking a different channel. I like Built for the Kill, Plane Crash Investigations, Seconds from Disaster, Mega Structure, and a lot more. i don't have cable in our apartment where me and my girlfriend live. but right now i'm actually here at my parents house since my girlfriend has an office activity until the evening. yehey i have cable here, i'm gonna watch NG first. hear from you later. i miss my gf though.

I do not have cable television anymore, however I did enjoy the Discovery Channel. I found it to be pretty informative overall. I do agree that National Geographic can be informative also. These stations have proven to be quite educational. Have fun!

both channels have same position in my life...I used to see them both...both channels have lots of knowledge to tell us...so why should we compete them with each other??
