They don't pay me

I joined a site and the work is writing stories. They paid 25 pence at first. Then when I had written over 100 stories it changed to 50 pence a story. I have earned more that £65 pounds. I request payment and it says it will be paid. But I don't seem to ever get the money. I have tried to get the payment three times. My Lot always pays me when they owe me money. If I have over $10 in my account My Lot pays me in the middle of the month.
What should I do to see if I can get the money that they owe me?
Have you ever earned money and then not got it?

why not write reviews instead? the $$ is quicker...
there's a great money-making site I know
You get paid for writing short reviews about products/services/people...
they pay 50 credits (50 cents) for 100 words -- that's pretty easy..and you could easily do that in less than 3 minutes...
you also earn 10 credits (10 cents) for grading products/services/people...
and 1 credit (1 cent) for rating products/services/people...
when you have 2000 credits ($20)-- you can request payment via paypal and they pay really fast....
it only takes about 3 days to earn 2000 credits ($20)...
so an extra $20 every 3 days added income aint that bad if you have the time for it....
if you have more time..you can earn even more...
just be patient if your comment is pending...it doesnt take more than 24 hours for the credits to be added to your account...mine usually is approved iin 12 hours
it's the Green and White banner in my porfile page (imrc) --below the Paypal banner..a truly legit site ..one of my faves!!!
good luck!!!!

Hi, I know the site you are talking about is work-online. I am afraid to tell you they are using you, and are delaying payments because they are losing money. Anyways, they were to profit from your articles, if you should know, cause they sell their articles to people for much more than your $0.225. Now I hear they don't pay thats even worse. I recommend you quit the site, like I did many months ago, and write articles for clients, that can pay $4 an article!

I will wait to see if they pay me. Meanwhile I won't do anymore writing for Work On Line. I am not going to refer anyone on to it. I feel worried for anyone that belongs to it that they might not get paid. A My Lot friend sent me details for another site. I haven't heard of a site that pay $4 for each article. Thanks.

How long have you been waiting for your payments. If is the site I am thinking of I have seen payment proofs around. I would send them an email and ask about it. It may just be an oversight. If you do eventually get paid it would be great if you could let us know.

Hi max, that is terrible, maybe, if it's within the rules you should mention the name of this site, and see if other people know of it. That would at least warn other people. I presume you have contacted the administrators, as that would be the first thing to do. Good luck. Mike.

I joined that site by a referral from a My Lot friend of mine. She sent the details of it to me in a private message. I am not sure if saying the name of it would be against the My Lot rules. A couple of members in this discussion of mine have guessed the name of that site. Thanks my friend Mike.

Hi Maxine,
Unfortunatly there are many scam sites online. I have been scammed several times and have lost time, work and money. Try to contact them directly. I hope it works. I have sites that owe me more than $800. I don´t count on that payment anymore, of course
Luck!

Oh, that is terrible my dear friend. I know that you really enjoy making extra money. I suggest that people should try of getting paid before they do so very much work for a site. Sadly not every site is as reliable as wonderful My lot. Thanks. Hug.

I am sorry to hear that. You must have spent a lot of time on it. Normally, people will change the reward to a smaller value but his one, it increases instead. That is something motivating. What is the payout limit? Often, I do not think there is any redress avenue except label the site as scam and warn people about joining it. Ever tried contacting them? Perhaps you can write to them telling them you are going to label them as spam and see what happens. Good luck to you.

The payment is meant to be 25 pence a story for members that have written up to 100 stories.
The payment is meant to be 50 pence a story for members that have written between 100 and 300 stories.
The minimum payout is ten pounds and I have now earned more than six times that.
Thanks.

Then you are a story writer. Really I'm feeling proud that I'm friend of a story writer. I have no link with any pay pal site other than myLot.

OMG. That's horrible. I actually signed up with them, but I have yet to write anything. I think that might be their tactic. The person who referred me said that she was also paid a few cents right away and that gained her confidence. How long has it been? If it's a scam, I don't think you can get what they owe you, but you can spread the word that the site is a scam. Thanks for the warning, but I still hope you get your money.:)

I am glad that you haven't written anything for them yet. I have written 185 stories over the last 6 weeks. I will let everyone know if they do eventually pay me. If not I will warn lots of people. It is not worth their time if it refuses to pay.

I am sorry because I thought it would pay all of us that use that site. I have tried a few times to get paid and noting comes through to me. The earnings and the account balance figures change. I will let you know if I ever do get paid. I hope that Work on Line will pay you. Good luck.

maximax i know what site you are talking about . it's name is writing on line. it's servers are kinda low these days and hence it might take sometime doing those payments if it's a legit site . if it's not 65 bucks go waste

I have done work for many sites and never got the money. What can one do? There are honest sites and dishonest ones. I don't know if you will get paid with the work you did. Can you contact the company by phone? Can you report them to a better business bureau? Have you searched the company on the net to see if there others that have also not been paid? Hope you get your money!

Did you write to this website? Perhaps it is better for you to list this website here. No matter it is a scam or not, other users can comment it. If it is a real scam, then at least there will be less victims since it is listed. The website pays you once doesn't mean that they are trustworthy. Only when they pay for you continuously and you can judge them a good earning website. Good luck!

Hi maximax,
I am a member of this site too, I signed up under another myLotter who gave me this site. I haven't done any story yet but from what I've read from other members they say this is a legal paying site. But I suggest try to get your pay first for the ones you've already submitted before giving them more. I hope you get your pay soon.

Hi maximax! ummmm what site is that? Well I hope who'll receive your payment soon. Have you tried to email their help desk? Or have you check their payment cut-off or schedule.
Hope you get your payment as soon as possible. You have created over a hundred stories for nothing?! no way. So, lets cross our fingers and hope for a paypal email.
Happy mylotting!
