I recieved a "NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISSOVLVE" from the Florida Department of State. This is the first I received any information relating to filing reports. I went to the site: www.sunbiz.org and was unable to find an icon for filing annual report online. I have no clients, have made no money other than expenses which included buying over $15,000 worth of equipment. However, I am going after clients now actively and need the corporation reinstated. I need the form to do this with and was unable to pull it up on the internet or I was looking in the wrong place. Please assist me with this. If you can e-mail the form to my e-mail address so that I can pay the fee required and file the report on line, I would appreciate any assistance you can provide.
