The Oxford City Council has been granted permission to ban 'irritating people.'
I bet.
Any number of them as well.
I have seen first hand some of the irratators.
Well, good luck to them, I say.
It's about time.
England has some social behavior laws for sure.
Don't think there are those laws here, it's the Wild Wild West.
Do you wish you could ban irritating people?

The problem with this is that what's irritating is entirely subjective, so how would they reasonably enforce this? Just saying.

Sounds good. I guess the victims have to report irritating people to the authorities. Right?

I think they would be asked to follow some formal manner like a html form to do so.

I at times wish that I need not be asked to work with those guys.
Or get them restricted.
Banning might instead make their minds more in a negative orientation.
Added on 1st June: I think if such a law is implemented in India, Thousands could be "Banned" !!

Of course, but what would be the criteria for being irritating?
I can add a list for you: lol.
-know it all's, needing to be right all the time
-loud talkers and those who disturb your peace and quiet
-people who act like a victim all the time
-argumentative people
-negative people
-taking anything said personally
-nosey in your business, persons
