I bet you thought I would forget. Nope. I just got home from a 2 hour plus walk. My Google Fit says 130 moving minutes. Right now I have 12K plus steps on both Google Fit and my pedometer app. For a change something is in sync in my life. The fitness tracker shows over 12K too. That's all walking. I haven't done the foot cycle yet today, and right now, I might not. We'll see how the rest of the day/evening unfolds. So, the last report on 10 May showed a weight of 199.1. Here then is the health report for the past week. 10 May - Weight - 199.1. Exercise: Walking - 69 minutes. Foot cycle - 64 minutes. Total calories burned: 1242. Calories consumed: 1451. Steps: 13,821. 11 May - Weight - 198.4. Exercise: Walking - 39 minutes. Foot cycle - 118 minutes. Total calories burned: 1928. Calories consumed: 1142. Steps: 15,541. 12 May - Weight - 198.7. Exercise: Walking - 55 minutes. Foot cycle - 80 minutes. Total calories burned: 1424. Calories consumed: 1860. Steps: 14,371. 13 May - Weight - 198.6. Exercise: Walking - 18 minutes. Foot cycle - 79 minutes. Total calories burned: 1259. Calories consumed: 1469. Steps: 10,078. 14 May - Weight - 198. Exercise: Walking - 64 minutes. Foot cycle - 69 minutes. Total calories burned: 1215. Calories consumed: 1397. Steps: 19,096. 15 May - Weight - 198.7. Exercise: Walking - 73 minutes. Foot cycle - 61 minutes. Total calories burned: 1210. Calories consumed: 622. Steps: 14,826. 16 May - Weight - 199. Exercise: Walking - 61 minutes. Foot cycle - 61 minutes. Total calories burned: 1164. Calories consumed: 1107. Steps: 15,908. 17 May - Weight - 199.2. Exercise: Walking - 130 minutes. Believe me when I tell you, I was exhausted when I got back from the trail. I did all three sections of the trail today. I didn't plan on it, but I did it. I doubt I will do it again tomorrow. As you can see, I didn't lose anything this week. I had a couple of good days. Hopefully, next week will be better. How did you do with your weight? Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me from the pond today. There was a family of geese on the pond. It was fun to watch them for a few minutes. I clicked a lot of pictures.

I want to think I'm doing alright, but my weight doesn't appear to have changed like at all. But I feel okay. I had a couple days where I felt more run down, but then there was the thunderstorms and cloudy skies. Those things make me extra tired.

@just4him We needed the rain, and George and I didn't have anywhere to go. So, I wasn't complaining.

No, but it would have been good to lose. I know why I didn't. Sunday, my worst day of the week, I had ice cream and a few other things to up my calories. I got back on track though the rest of the week.

@just4him check your carbs/sugar and fiber intake via vegetables.

@NJChicaa Fiber and sugar are the two things I pay attention to most. Carbs are always well under the required amount. I'm not worried about it. As for veggies. I almost don't eat them. They're not a top priority to me. I don't mind them, I just don't eat them often.

You will probably drop back down at the first of this week. You have been consistent. I have not so much. I believe I am down below 200. We shall see on the doctor's visit Monday.

You are doing well. I wish I had a digital scale. Need to get one and keep forgetting. Or, maybe I just don't want to see the truth.

Well I think you still did good...hopefully next week the scale will be more kind. I know it is frustrating to work so hard but the scale isn't really showing it My weight has gone up quite a bit, all I can think is because I haven't had my weekly shot I have been taking for weight loss/blood sugar. It's been out of stock. But didn't try to to get something else because I'll need to go off of it most likely in the near future

@just4him No problem and it is okay, my fault for still not doing what I should be doing. Though I am going to have to change if I am going to be carrying a baby. Just not looking forward to a lecture on Tuesday about my weight from my endocrinologist.

Wow, you are knocking yourself out. I wonder what is causing your weight to stand still? Are you drinking the recommended amount of water?

I don't know about recommended. I usually drink one 32 ounce bottle a day. When it's hot like it is, I drink 1.5. It's rare when I drink more than that. My doctor told me not to drink more than three bottles of water a day because it flushes all the sodium from my system.

Good for you. Come June I will take my four pronged cane and do some walking to the beach and the Atlantic Ocean about once or twice a week,
