Stomach ache

This morning my stomach felt queasy. I wonder what I ate that caused my stomach to ache. Is it the fish with spicy sauce that I ate at lunch last night, or the fried food that I ate tonight, interspersed with cayenne pepper. Is eating too much chili causing my stomach to ache? I like spicy food and, yes, eating too much spicy food can cause you to have a tummy ache.

I don't like excessive spicy food, everything has limits on the substances that enter the stomach. Likewise if we eat large amounts of salt.

This morning, I also felt stomach upset. I am suspecting that ripe mangoes did this to me. I ate a lot last night.

I can't eat this pepper, I wouldn't survive I also get stomachache of spicy or too water meals
