raindance I think it's best for your friend to tell her parents. no matter how mad and disappointed they are, they will still be the one to help her pick up the pieces. that's what parents are for.

mommah Im from the Philippines too and being pregnant doesn't matter where you from. All females get pregnant (except for those ill) its just a matter who get pregnant first. You can not hide and deny pregnancy and parents especially in our culture should know....

ozzeth Better she should tell her parents...Her parents will find out later about it. It cant be hide. That will be the best thing to do right now.

CheshireKat Tell her parents. They'll find out anyway, and they can't help her prepare (doctor visits to make sure everything is okay with the baby, getting supplies/clothes/furniture for the baby) if they don't know what's going on. I know that pregnancy at a young age...
