13days yea jayant i searched the net for the salt causing diseases in the human body, i was too surprised tat just a thing produced from water can be so harmful to the body, and saltless, we cant imagine it! i cant....well thanks for the reply

13days yea you are right, nothing tastes good without salt in it, salads, veggies, meals, everywhere we need salt, thanks for your reply and yea u said it right "if taken in excess, salt becomes deadliest poison.
