Is blowing balloon good for heart?

I just read in an article that blowing balloon is good for your heart..It is said that it increases the pumping of the heart and thus is good for heart..Is this true? Have you heard anything like this that blowing balloon is good...

aa182s It improves the Lung capacity a lot. I was smoking for almost 6 years . SInce I have stopped smoking. I felt my lungs are so week. Blowing ballons would get your Lungs back to shape.
