This is prob more a question for those here in america. Don't know if its world news, however I would like everyones take on it. I think the evidence overwhelmingly points to her doing it, however she is owed due process of law....

lelin1123 Yes she is responsible for the death of her daughter and is due the process of the law. I hope the jury finds her guilty and she gets life in prison without the possibility of parole ever.
