actorvet I have read this story and I feel sorry for the parents. If the child is nothing more than a veg, then the parents are to be sympathized because they didn't simply throw the child away or abort it before it was born.

actorvet I have read this story and I feel sorry for the parents. If the child is nothing more than a veg, then the parents are to be sympathized because they didn't simply throw the child away or abort it before it was born.
