do indian team needs K.P.S GILL or others like him running the sport

what ever we have seen in the last decade in indian hockey has been due to the people like KPS Gill who donot have any knowledge of the sport.they do not know how to handle the players and what to do to improve at ground level.

joey and phebes are ignored as compared to rachel,monica ross and chandiller

i have seen the last jey leno show and even during the whole show except for the last season i feel despite being at rhe top joey and phebes are not as famous as the rest
