When the characters in satiric fables are killed in some gruesome way, it gives the readers and the author a sense of freedom. That's what I feel.

The characters in satiric fables are the same as the original characters in Aesop's fables. The difference are the ending of the story.

When i re-write fables, it gives me the freedom to do anything to my characters. It releases tension and stress in some way.
