some are offering email list of thousands for promotion as a whole not bad but is it allowed or just spam any First name, IP address, date or time stamp is included thank you

a lot of services require personal information during registrations especially in make money area.... do you always unsuscribe when do not use it any more?? and more importantly who guarantees informations are really deleted
