some are offering email list of thousands for promotion as a whole not bad but is it allowed or just spam any First name, IP address, date or time stamp is included thank you

a lot of services require personal information during registrations especially in make money area.... do you always unsuscribe when do not use it any more?? and more importantly who guarantees informations are really deleted

i admit i am kind of new in this sector, but some of the products out there appear to be deliberately scams, other COULD BE good how do you recognize them thank you
