Why did my cat stop using the litter box?

I'm so worry about my cat. From yesterday he stop using with the litter box. Is he seriously ill? What I suppose to do? I love my cat very much.

I have decided to buy a Laptop. But I'm confused about it's configuration. Is Inter centrino processor faster then Intel Core 2 Duo. Help me to choose one Laptop with good configuration.
