afyyj123 Life is like running, if you give up, you will never reach the distination. I like running to encourage myself to face the hardness of life and make me healthy to enjoy life.

Finally got to run another 5K!

My time was terrible,,,but I jogged the whole way!! Now I am getting to running again. I ran Monday and should get to run the next two days! Plus I'm riding the bike a lot!! I am signing up for another race for a couple weeks out...
