sulynsi @agustinaln I've made the same mistake myself, and have had to learn the hard way. I still have to fight the tendency to want to 'fix' things and not be hurt if my suggestions are not accepted. But its not personal, and we will feel better if we don't take it...

sulynsi @agustinaln I find, when a person does that to me, and I know they don't really want advice, I turn the question back and say, "What do YOU think is the answer?" Then they can bounce their thoughts and feelings off you. You can throw in a couple of ideas, but...

The past few days have been hard for me. Various problems suddenly came. But I responded calmly, just surrender to the situation and accept fate. One by one the problems are solved, but I'm not excited. More like "okay alright...

I have this at home but I don't use it everyday. Usually I use it night time to have a restful sleep using lavender oil. During the day I used a mix of lemon and thieves.
