What does an anxiety attack feel like?

I'm curious as to what an anxiety attack feels like. Can anyone describe? I don't want a cookie cut explation... I'd like to hear personal exerience explanations. Thanks! =D

What do you think of the movie musical Rent?

I like it. I DVR'd it one day this summer and accidentally got my toddler addicted to it. (Funny, since addiction is a theme of Rent.) It is not a movie for children or babies, but I let him watch it because he loves it so much...
