How does the dog learn to swim?

Sometimes I am surprised why it seems that all dogs can swim without any problems? Is this the nature or they learn it somewhere? Even if human beings need to learn the swimming. Why the dogs is the exception?

aihermonio yes animal instinct is very useful it can save lives and dogs are even used to guide and help immobilized person in different counties
