Can anyone tell me how many ceasarian is safe for a mother to have?

my wife have had to C-sections earlier, the 2nd baby is 15months old at the moment. Sometime, she do feel pains and discomfort in c-area, how many c-section can she have ?

aikax2008 thanks for your response, that simply means 3 c-sec, it's ideal at most to avoid too much complication or regrets
