airabongco I actually want to point out that not all bloggers are out there to fend for themselves. Haven't you heard of joint ventures? Bloggers help each other only that you have to take the first step and help out before asking for anything in return. The common...

What is the best blogging platform, either free of cost or with minimum cost ?

airabongco By the way, I am pertaining to Wordpress.org and NOT Wordpress.com. I find it necessary to point that out. It is free in the sense that it is an open source software but you need a $10 domain and around $8/month hosting to host the software.
