How do you get ranked in MyLot?

I can see many people ranked in MyLot. How do you get those ranks , from where ? Who gives them Please guide me.

rkrish Hi ak Ranks are being given out of the discussion we post and respond..you can see a (+)(-)(!)buttons on side of each discussion, wheneever your friend click for your postings, then the ranking will be awarded for you..so make nice postings to get more + to...
