What is the first chore you do after getting up from bed?

What Household chore do you hate the most?

I absolutely loathe and detest ironing, its the only job I can't and won't do and actually go out of my way to buy clothes which don't need to be ironed.

albertsland I dont mind ironing but I hat washing the dishes I will let all my dishes get dirty and then I will do them AND then some times I will go down to my moms house and use her diswasher

Is it cruel to make kids do chores?

What do you think of letting kids do household chores. I belive that they can be trained. But there is a limitation to this. We cannot just let kids be abused and do things beyond their capacity.

albertsland THIS is true kids are kids and not slaves or maids as kids get older they should become more responsible. BUT all kids are difrent and they all learn difrently

I think so. If you do not train them how to clean up after themselves and treat their things(clothes and toys) with respect, what are they going to do when they leave home? There are a lot of people who honestly do not know how...

albertsland YES I do think so. I learnd at a yung age and im good and I respect my stuff I keep a nice clean house clean cloths. I do love to cook I have to yunger sisters and bo are thay spoiled they dont like doing any thing but i try to teach them that it is good...
