How to Build a PTC site

I'm looking for information on how to build an effective PTC site, also how much does it cost, to build and maintain it, and how to get advertisers etc. I would love to hear from everyone who has ideas, also any one who owns PTC...

aliboo Yea he apologize the video aired yesterday,according to him he is apologizing to everyone. His career will be affect but not sure how much though because he has some stupid narrow minded young females as fans who are so immune to domestic violence.

I am wondering, does babies have nightmares. My 6 mth old will start crying in his sleep. We would have to pick him up and try to calm him down before he'd go back to sleep. Does anyone have an idea what their nightmares might...
