i love cooking, but cooking doesn't like me.i have been trying recipes from books and internet yet it doesn't taste heavenly.i like to cook something that takes my breath away.

I read all the time that you can make a healthy meal in 10 minutes but i feel at times it takes me 10 minutes jsut to cut up and make a salad for dinner well alone now cooking something with the salad. Tell me how you make a meal...
