Cat toys

What kind of toys do you have for your cats? I recently bought a pack of Zanies rainbow mice, my cat likes them and since there's like 60 of them (got them for $8+shipping), if she keeps losing them, I just keep replacing them...

altricial I find "Da Bird" to be the best cat toy ever. My cats go insane over it. It's interactive though, so you'll have to be there. Scratching posts are always good for cats when you're out!

Clumping litter versus clay litter

I presently use the clumping litter because I find it easier to keep clean with 5 cats. I have had people tell me it's bad for the cats but never give me a reason why. Do you have a favorite and is there a reason you use one type...

altricial Clumping litter can be dangerous to kittens if they ingest it. Do a search on dangers of clumping litter and you'll get a lot of info about it.
