amandoalexandra that's one way of determining actually. the only problem with that is when the money/bill is mutilated or unfit already, chances are it will not return to its original position the moment you crumpled it.

amandoalexandra thanks for sharing your ideas...money detector is a useful device actually, but you cannot bring it anytime anywhere, so it would be better if you really know some techniques of determining the counterfeit even without that device.
