Ameliii I prefer to buy my fruit & veg organic and local. And organic meat as I think that the hormones and antibiotics found in normal meat is really bad for you. However, if I'm going to buy frozen veg or tinned food, I just take the standard kind.

I'm very lucky since I don't drive there is a small corner store just across the street from me that takes all of 2 minutes for me to walk to. They have everything I could ever need and their prices aren't all that bad either....

Ameliii There is a grocery store opposite the street from my flat. Its held by a Turk so it is open every day of the week from 8 till 8 pm. Its very handy !
