How do you arranges songs in your player? By alphobet order? Types? Singers?

I've got over 400 songs/pieces of music in my MP3 players and I've tried several ways to get them well organized. My player allow to play all the pieces in one file so at first I named my files like ' pop', 'classical''rock' etc...
