feeling very ill from sinus pressure

Peter B. Giblett Sinus pain is horrid, I have suffered it all my life. I had an operation but it didn't resolve my problems. I hate to take drugs the only thing I get any relief from is a nasal decongestant.

Anne Johnston I have had some problems with sinus congestion, I think it is the changing weather this year. I don't take medication unless I absolutely have to.
