Hair in the Nose

I am not sure what do you call it, but I need help on how to trim or remove it. I had a hard time trimming it specially when it sticks out in my nose. It tickles and every time I trim, it makes me sneeze a lot. Help!

It has been an doing fight to stop drug abuse, but the question is.. Is judicial killing the answer? Where should we start? How should we stop drug addiction and abuse?
