I am 22 years olod know,i am start smoking when i was 16 years old but know i want to quit, i try so hard but i still smoke the cigar until know.I try a candy when i need to smoke but is not work.Can some one help me to tottaly...

andy38506 I'm glad you asked my step father has been smoking for over 15 years and finally he has quit by using commit smoking lozenges. They are $20 a pack and they last for about a week.
