angel41465 I usually have mine in the morning. It seems to helps me start my day. I have tried drinking coffee and I hate the taste. I would love to lose 15 pounds. I sure do need it. Thanks!

angel41465 I need to commit to at least cutting back. My problem is if I don't at least have one I seems to get a headache. Water is a good idea. Maybe if I am thirsty and satisfy that with water instead it will help. Thanks!

angel41465 great advise, i have actually done the broccoli are trees game, and he plays along, but still gags occasionally. the few things he will eat i try to make often so i do see him eat, but i dont want to burn him out on..oh the worries of motherhood
