I was doing so we'll & then some things have changed in tht house hold, some very big changes & now im smoking again! i just need to keep busy i think & not think so much! Any1 else has any ideas please throw them my way (PLEASE)!...

angeleyes411 thank u 4 tht advice , i need all tht gd friends around as possible! thank u very much. i havent had a smoke yet 2day so thts a gd start 2 tht day. i know i can focus i just have to try a little harder. thank u again my friend.
