ive just finished a night shift (yawn yawn) and one of my co-workers told me something really interesting last night. apparantly working night shift for 10 years takes 10 years off your life expectancy! Why do we do it then? yes...

angelsa i work nights to and although i like working nights i dont sleep as good during the day as i do at night if i wake up during the day i find it very difficult getting back to sleep and i do think its harder on your body because your lifestyle is backwards.i...

angelsa i work nights to and although i prefer to work nights i dont sleep as good during the day as i do at night its just not the same noises, traffic and i do turn my phones down but still sometimes hear them and wake up also if i wake up durnig the day to go to...

angelsa yes i think internet dating works i met my fiance online and we have been together for a year and a half its not always easy cos hes overseas but its been a really good way of getting to no him heaps of ppl seem to be internet dating its just part of moving...
