anlelan When i am depressed i often busy myself or have a sleepy.I often sweep my house ,wash clotheses ,go shopping ,playing with my friends or have a good sleep. These kinds of way are very efficiency. You can try it by yourself.

chingwes Yeah it's true making yourself busy really help you in times of depression! Also try to avoid he things or the person whom is the sole reason why your in depression... try to smile a lot and mingle with funny people around you. listening to music also helps...
