anooppp3 No, because PTC websites are not any virus promoting websites. Google will not take out your website from the results, because google have no matter how you get traffic to your website.

anooppp3 proxy server is like an intermediator. it receive requests from sender and resend to targeted server(or receiver). We can hide our location and IP details from the receiver, that is it's use.
