sarkar1 actually even i dont know how to read bengali........ but many of his books have been translated into english, some by translators and some by himself...... i have read those, they are excellent.....

I rarely feel thirsty. But I drink 2 - 3 Litres of water everyday. Am I drinking enough water for staying healthy?

marief2rnurse 8 to 12 glasses a day. Don't consume more than 4 liters in 4 hours or you can die. I love water, I drink lots of it everyday. Maybe 16 glasses per day. It's really good for your skin.
