I really don't mind who answers, if you know what I'm on about that's a good start. I pulled a muscle in my shoulder in October and since then my shoulder's been 'clicky' and 'cracky' every time I move it. My neck also...

apkalra Dude you cant advise a corticosteroid without examining the patient and knowing their medical history.
