Name a PLACE prone to Snatchers, Holdappers, etc..so people will be aware!!

I am working in a hospital, most incidents are caused by victims of snatching or robbery... One was, a young professional taking a jeep going home when suddenly there are holdappers inside the jeep, what he did was to jump...

aprilplong try to avoid this areas: Nagtahan area (specially under the fly-over)... Legarda strech Sta.Mesa area (lots of cellphone snatchers especially near school/university area)
