aravindg spouse, could be wife or husband. If any one is at home and the other is at office then , one as to understand here is, the person at home shld prepare for the person who is working outside for the family. If it becomes like they prerapring their own lunch...

aravindg you need not have t tip every person in the bath room. Bathroom is for self service, and not for helping others. You can simply ask him if you can help ur self.
