ArdMold Anger can be very destructive to yourself and others.Anger is a feeling,or more of a destructive emotion that can,and will,take over without warning..then..be carreful

Beer is a very healthy drink

It is rich in B Vitamins, magnesium, selenium, potassium, biotin, and phosphorus. Of course in moderation is good, too much is of course bad. Binge drinking is linked to beer belly.

ArdMold It may actually be good for you when consumed in very moderate amounts.Thr ingredients of beer are hops,brewer's yeast,barley and malt who are very healthy...

ArdMold That should still have even worse effects on people's health,especially second hand smoke.It's just an advice-if not more-as smoking,but it also deludes the mind.It might not make you rage like alcohol does,but it could make you feel weirdly happy,ignorant of...

I eat choclate all the ti me. It is like I can't get enough of it. It is like I have to buy 3gallons of chocolate ice cream in a month. I got to have it no matter what.

ArdMold In his career Lil Wayne is definitly a role model,but in real life,what he does all the time is the opposite of a role model...it's my point..he's music it's great but just that..
