I weigh 145 lbs. now & I gain so much weight in just 6 mos. Please help me, I need some diet plan plus exercise...I've got to lose some extra weight...I've been hypertensive again & in a month I should lose few lbs. Help me...

What do you think of lady driver?

When I'm driving our suv & some of our neighbors/friends saw me they were shock as if I should not drive our vehicle.... It's fair enough today that what men do, women can do it also!! Any opinion???
