arrgophil I never said she should apologize. I said she should "forgive them and understand that they are only human[.]" What purpose does it serve for her to continue this relatively petty behavior? She missed them. Why should her heart continue to hurt?

arrgophil Saying you're sorry is not admitting you were wrong. "I'm sorry were had a misunderstanding/argument/fallingout" is simply stating the truth, and in no way admits wrongdoing.

arrgophil Why does everyone just assume lawyers are dishonest. As a lawyer for more than 25 years, I reject the notion that we have to "kind of lie" to do our jobs. That's just not true. I know that I will never be able to convince everyone or anyone that this is true....

arrgophil You're contradicting yourself. If it's just a number, it shouldn't matter if he's older than your gramps. What if he looks a lot younger than his age, and can still handle his business, and is 1 year older than your grandad?
