Alright, does this happen to you? Last night I drank a huge glass of water as I'm in bed, about to go to sleep. When I wake up, I felt SO dehydrated! WHY? It doesn't make logical sense to myself. Same thing with food, if I eat...

arturo88 well i dont think you should see a doctor for this but maybe is just that ur not drinking enough water during the day, same with the food if u are not eating good or ur not eating enought ull get hungry really fast after u had finish eating
