arunkumar14 hi friends, wat ever be the body condition, if we love our job, we will set our mind to work, but once u disturbed we cant do any other work , first we set our mind to work hard with out tension, then i do tat over time, i need to relax my brain to gain...

arunkumar14 When i return home from office... ill get a nice shower and freshen up my self.. then have a sip of Tea and relax my mind by hearing melody. songs then will take my bike and have a plesent drive on the beach road
