What would you do when you feel lonely

Now I am working in a small town near the sea. There are not too many colleagues here. Family is far away. When i sit on the seashore. I feel lonely indeed. What is you suggestion when you in my shoes?

Ascension_Meraj If you boring about everything or better to say if u cant do anything, what would u do then? feeling tired all the time , everything is same as yesterday was! When I sleep in this case i would be more boring after get up! how i can fix my problem?
