Why do mostly a Boy proposes to a girl?

Why is it that most of the time we guyz have to propose the girl.Even if she likes us,they are not going to tell.Why always we have have to bend before them?Do anyone know any trick to make women go on their knees.Anything special...

coolcat123 thats true,not all the boys are like that,but most opf them are....girls are not god to know what a guy feels about her is true or false. most cases the girls have to suffer and thus they dont want to fall in a problem like that.
